How to grow your own gods

Axenia Rosca’s solo show at Nano is a kit that contains some basic elements for anyone to create their own tiny universe. With the help of these small worlds, people are free to discover their inner god/s of choice, and invite them to grow in sync with the colonized space. With a bit of luck, after a while, soul-endowed beings, potentially sentient, might appear. This is how a personal cosmos occurs, order and harmony originating in what seems to be an initial chaos. Because all the gods were once small.

Proiectul Axeniei Roşca la Nano se prezintă sub forma unui kit care conţine câteva elemente de bază pentru ca oricine să-şi poată crea un mic univers. Cu ajutorul lui, fiecare e liber să-şi descopere câte un zeu interior sau mai mulţi, la alegere, şi să-i invite să crească împreună cu spaţiul colonizat. Cu puţin noroc, după o vreme vor apărea şi fiinţe cu suflet, poate chiar inteligente. Aşa se naşte un cosmos personal, ordine si armonie dintr-un aparent haos iniţial. Pentru că toţi zeii au fost odată mici.
