Is there conceptual art beyond minimalism? Nano Gallery invites for a double show two artists from Cluj: Juhos Sándor and Szabo András, in a dialogue that aims to prove that even conceptualism can be seductive, sensual, and irresistible. Sometimes, a sumptuous painting technique can express in a more convincing way the complexity of contemporary issues; while a baroque proliferation of objects can undermine the intellectual comfort of the public just as well as a white square on a white background does. Contemporary art too can be a pleasant experience!

Mai există artă conceptuală dincolo de minimalism ? La Galeria Nano, dubla expoziţie « Act anima », care îi invită la un dialog vizual pe artiştii clujeni Sándor Juhos şi Szabo András, demonstrează că până şi conceptualismul poate fi seducător, senzual, irezistibil. Uneori, o tehnică picturală somptuoasă poate transmite mult mai convingător complexitatea unor probleme cât se poate de actuale. Iar o proliferare barocă de obiecte poate submina confortul intelectual al publicului la fel de bine ca un pătrat alb pe fond alb. Arta contemporană poate fi şi o experienţă plăcută !
